Ms. Brenda Brown: Impact Service Coordinator & Mr. Ainsley Levy: HUD certified counselor will be there to assist with any questions you may have regarding: Loss Mitigation (Foreclosure Prevention,HAF & Wholehome),1st Time Homebuyers seminars,Financial Coaching,Consumer loan, Utilities,Rental (assisting in finding a home based on your income & 2nd chance housing (apartments) & USDA program.
