H.O.P.E, Inc Homebuying courses are designed to educate first time homebuyers on the benefits of homeownership as well as provide them the framework to becoming financial independent. The curriculum was created with prospective and novice homeowners in mind with our proven step-by-step process that demystifies the entire home buying process and sustainable homeownership; by presenting it in a simple understandable format that is both informative and enlightening.

1st Time Homebuyer’s Seminar (Fast Track) 

For the potential homebuyer who is mortgage ready we offer a condense version of Homebuyers club entitled Fast Track.  Fast Track is a fast-paced, educational-experience guaranteed to rouse students with a keen desire to learn the fundamentals of homebuying while keeping them highly engaged.  

This course meets the requirements of down payment assistance programs that requires a minimum of 8-hours housing counseling /course to be provided by a HUD approved housing counseling agency.

eHome America Online Class

EHome America is the most comprehensive e-learning home buyer training course available throughout the nation delivered in English and Spanish. 

This structured web-based class is based on the NeighborWorks America curricula, ‘Realizing the American Dream’ with videos to assist learning.  eHome America Homebuyer Education course checks student’s learning with frequent feedback through quizzes and tests. eHome America satisfies homeownership education requirements by state housing agencies (such as Maryland CDA program).
