In a year where we have seen and lived through the unimaginable, people everywhere are in need of jobs, homes, basic necessities, financial relief, or just a sense of normalcy. But most importantly, we are in need of answers.

With limited or exhausted resources, demands are high and individuals and families are reaching out more than ever. Thankfully, nonprofit organizations like Housing Options & Planning Enterprises, Inc. (H.O.P.E.) continue to step up and reach back.

At H.O.P.E., we know the fabric of a strong community is woven between our nonprofit and the people we serve. Because of the selflessness of our founder, employees, volunteers, and donors, the needs of many are being acknowledged, amplified, and addressed.

In 2019, H.O.P.E.’s outreach initiatives allowed us to:

• Provide housing counseling services to 1,295 clients

• Maintain 33 units for assisted living, special needs, and senior housing

• Oversee facade improvement of 24 homes in the amount up to $10k for low-moderate income households and seniors

Whether bridging the gap in affordable housing, fighting to prevent home foreclosures or rental evictions, or championing for other human rights and causes, our work never ends.
