Grant amount: Up to $10,000.00  

This grant is available for residents of the Glassmanor and Birchwood communities in Oxon Hill, Maryland. The purpose of this grant is to improve the facade of each property. Eligible residents must have occupied the property as their primary residence for at least the past 12 months. This grant is designed to assist low- to moderate-income households, including seniors, in enhancing the exterior appearance of their homes.

Suitland-Naylor Road Metro Station Community Facade Restoration Project  

Grant amount: Up to $10,000.00 

The purpose of this grant is to improve the facade of property located in the following streets: 

Buckner Ln, Curtis Dr, Bellbrook St, Curtis Dr. 30th Ave, 31st AVE, 32nd Ave, Hillcrest Pkwy  

This grant is available to residents who occupied the property as their primary residence and have lived in the property for the past 12 months.  The grant is designed to assist low to moderate income households including seniors.

Downtown Waldorf Residential Facade Restoration Project 

Grant amount: Up to $10,000.00 

The purpose of this grant is Implementation of minor repairs related to facade, home improvement and weatherization improvements.  

This grant is limited to the following streets in Downtown Waldorf: 

Old Washington Rd, Terrace Dr. Barrington Dr, Stone Ave, Copley Ave, Sloan Ave., Acadia Rd., Waddell Rd., Barksdale Ave., Waddell Rd., McIver Dr., Prentiss Rd.  

This grant is available to residents who occupied the property as their primary residence and have lived in the property for the past nine months.  The grant is designed to assist low to moderate income households including seniors.

 Project Name: FHLB Nanjemoy Grant  

Grant amount: Up to $10,000.00 

The program is available for low-income households and seniors 65 or older in need of interior and exterior enhancement of the property to assist with Aging-in-Place.  

This grant is available to residents who occupied the property as their primary residence and have lived in the property for the past nine months.  The grant is designed to assist low to moderate income households including seniors.
