Fast Track Homebuyer Education Program

Our Fast Track program offers mortgage-ready homebuyers a dynamic and engaging educational experience. This course is designed to thoroughly educate you on the fundamentals of the home purchase process.

  • HUD Approved: Meets the requirements of down payment assistance programs that mandate a minimum of 8 hours of housing counseling provided by a HUD-approved agency.

EHome America provides a structured online course based on the NeighborWorks America curriculum, “Realizing the American Dream.” This comprehensive program is designed to educate and empower future homeowners through a variety of engaging methods.
