In partnership with the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (N.A.R.E.B) at Prince George's Community College, H.O.P.E. is offering a FREE 1st-Time Homebuyer seminar set for December 7th from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. SPECIAL NOTE: Participants will be eligible for a certificate that counts towards their closing costs which could be anywhere from $250 - $5,000 for participating lender(s).
