History

H.O.P.E. was founded in 2005 to provide affordable housing resources, to help create financial well-being for the communities we serve, and to work collaboratively with Realtors, Non-Profits, and the Government to find solutions. Because of our hands-on experience in community mobilization and economic development planning and our understanding of real estate and banking finance, our work has stimulated economic growth and resulted in a robust workforce in Prince George’s County and Southern Maryland (Charles and St. Mary Counties). H.O.P.E. helps foster strong participation of disadvantaged populations in the economic wealth of the community.
